Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LetsConnectIn (the “Service”), operated by LetsConnectIn (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

LetsConnectIn provides mentoring-program software: enrollment, mentor–mentee matching, session tracking, connection programs, and related reporting and email notifications. We may change or improve features at any time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Program owners and admins are responsible for the members they invite and approve.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including:

• No unlawful, harassing, or abusive content or conduct toward other members.
• No attempts to breach, probe, or overload the Service.
• No use of member data outside the purpose of your mentoring program.
• No spam via the Service's email features.

4. Plans, purchase orders & payment

• Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page; participant limits apply when matches are published.
• Purchase orders activate service immediately; payment is due per the invoice we send (net 30 unless agreed otherwise).
• We may suspend service for accounts with invoices more than 60 days overdue, after notice.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you and your members submit. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service (storing, processing, and emailing on your behalf). Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time; program owners may request deletion of their program data via contact. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not responsible for the conduct of mentors, mentees, or members matched through the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
